Our Commitment
At Pharionxthunon, we take great pride in our handmade tabletop decor. Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from Pharionxthunon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase
- Items must not be custom-made or personalized
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized handmade pieces
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at office@pharionxthunon.world with your order number
- Describe the reason for return
- We will provide return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit
- Ship the item to our studio address
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged Items
If your handmade decor item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping
- Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different piece:
- Contact us to check availability of the desired item
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We will waive shipping on the exchange order
Handmade Variations
Please note that each piece is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, and size are inherent to handmade items and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique and are part of the artisan character of our decor.
